If you're in the Boston area, you must visit the Paint Bar. It's the greatest place ever. In just a few hours you will create a fabulous piece of artwork and if, like most of us, you haven't painted since you were in elementary school? Even better. You will amaze yourself. Trust me!

I have been so busy recently and stressed because I feel behind in almost every aspect of my life. When I saw this on Design Mom this morning I stopped for a few minutes to fully appreciate it and I could feel it lift me up.

I have no idea how it is already February 6th. But it is. Which puts us 8 days away from Valentine's day. Some people think it's corporate nonsense, other people think it's irritating and couply. I think it's nice to have an excuse to say "I love you!" And to do it with paper? Even better.

I bought this kit from Paper Source to use with my daughter. Did you know that exchanging valentines now starts in preschool? The kids have no idea what's going on but I'm on board if I get to help her glue hearts and sparkly things onto paper.
